Our products and quotations are intended for businesses. We do not sell to individual consumers through this website.

Quotations and orders

No order is placed through this website. A contract exists only when we confirm a written quotation or order confirmation and receive payment as agreed. Price, minimum quantity, specification, production time, shipping, taxes, payment, cancellation, returns and defect handling are as stated in that written confirmation.

Empty packaging and compliance

We supply empty packaging only. You are responsible for the products you pack and for making sure your packaging, labeling, warnings and any child-resistant requirements comply with the laws of the markets where you sell. Ask us for available specification documents before ordering.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos and trademarks you send us. You are responsible for approving final artwork before production.
