PAYMENT & ORDER TERMS
How payment works.
Every bag is printed for your brand, so we confirm everything in writing before you pay — and only start production once you approve the artwork.
1. Quote and invoice
Send us your brief on WhatsApp or by email. We reply with a written quotation covering price, quantity, specification, production time, shipping and any taxes or duties included. When you accept it, we send an invoice from HK WE&SN LIMITED.
2. Deposit and balance
100% upfront
Small orders are paid in full when you approve the final artwork.
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Bank charges from your bank or intermediary banks are paid by the sender, so please make sure the full invoice amount arrives.
3. Payment methods
- Bank transfer (wire) to our company account. Bank details are printed on your invoice — we never send them in a separate message. If you ever receive “new bank details”, confirm with us on WhatsApp before paying.
- Card payment is not available yet. We will add it here when it is.
4. Cancellations and changes
You can change or cancel your order free of charge until you approve the final artwork and pay the deposit. After that, production has started and the order cannot be cancelled, because the bags carry your brand and cannot be resold.
5. Quality problems
Check your bags when they arrive. Report quality problems within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the problem is our fault — for example print defects, wrong size or wrong material compared with the approved specification — we will reprint the affected bags or refund them. Small colour differences between screen and print, and problems caused by how the bags are filled, sealed or stored, are not defects.
6. Damaged or lost shipments
Report damage in transit within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the bags and the outer box, and keep the box until the claim is settled. If tracking shows a parcel as lost, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier; once the loss is confirmed we reship or refund the lost items. We cannot accept claims for parcels returned because of an incorrect address or refused delivery.
