Who do you sell to?
Business buyers only: independent brands, dispensaries, smoke shops, retailers and packaging resellers. We do not sell single bags to individual consumers.
Do the bags come filled?
No. We supply empty packaging only. You are responsible for the products you pack and for the labeling and packaging rules that apply in your market.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Share your artwork or pick a style reference from our catalog. We’ll confirm the shape, print layout and available finishes before production.
What artwork files should I send?
Send whatever you have — a logo, a mock-up or a finished design. We’ll tell you which file format and dieline we need for your bag and check the artwork with you before printing.
How many bags can I order?
Ask about quantities from 50 pieces. Minimums vary by size, print method and custom shape; your written quote confirms the minimum for your design.
How much do custom bags cost?
Every order is quoted individually because price depends on size, material, finish, print method, quantity and destination. Send us your brief on WhatsApp or by email for a written quote.
Which finishes are available?
Common options include matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot UV and holographic effects. Which combinations are possible depends on the bag and artwork, so we confirm them in your quote.
Do you offer child-resistant closures?
Ask us. Child-resistant options and any supporting documentation must be confirmed for your exact specification before you order. Check that the closure meets the rules in your market.
Can I see a proof or sample first?
Ask when you request your quote. We’ll confirm whether a digital proof, a physical sample or both are available for your specification and what they cost.
When will my bags arrive?
We confirm an estimated arrival window before payment, based on your style, quantity and destination. Production starts after payment and final artwork approval; shipping time is additional.
What will shipping cost?
Tell us your delivery country and quantity. Shipping, applicable taxes and duties, and delivery estimates are confirmed with your quote.
How do I place an order and pay?
Send us your brief. We confirm artwork, specifications, price, shipping and payment details in writing before you commit. This website does not take orders or collect payment.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order details and photographs. The cancellation, return and defect terms for your order are set out in your written quotation — ask us to confirm them before you pay.
